How do you set up delivery or pickup options on your Webstore?

You can choose from two fulfilment options: customers can either pick up their orders from your store or a designated location, or you can provide delivery services.

To set up your fulfillment options, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your Webstore setup guide and click on “Configure store settings.”

2. Select “Pickup & delivery options.”

3. Choose your preferred fulfilment method: pickup, delivery, or both.

• If you opt for “pickup”, you’ll need to specify the address where customers can collect their orders.
  • Click on the blue text “Add store address” and enter the pickup location’s address.
  • Don’t forget to click “save.”
  • Additionally, you can provide helpful pickup instructions for your customers, such as directions, collection times, and a contact number.
• If you choose “delivery,” you will need to set a flat delivery fee that will be added to the customer's total at checkout.
  • Simply enter the delivery charge and click “save.”
• If you decide to offer both options, you will need to complete the setup for both “pickup” and “delivery.”
