What to do if your iKhokha card machine is getting stuck on "Initializing transaction"

If your iKhokha card machine is stuck on "Initializing transaction" when you are accepting a payment, please follow these steps on the cellphone that is linked to the device:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps.
  2. Select the iKhokha app.
  3. Tap on Storage and then select Clear Cache and Clear Data.
  4. Once this is complete, go back once and tap on Modify System Settings - make sure this is set to "Allow".
  5. Finally, return to the iKhokha app, sign into your profile, and test to see if the issue has been resolved.
