Troubleshooting: "Cash up fetch error"
If you're experiencing a "Cash up fetch error" on iKhokha card machine, please follow the following steps:
- Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications
- Tap on See all apps and select the iKhokha app.
- Go to Storage & Cache, then clear both cache and data.
- Tap on Advanced, then select Modify System Settings.
- Return to the iKhokha app, sign in, and test again.
