Troubleshooting: "Cash up fetch error"

If you're experiencing a "Cash up fetch error" on iKhokha card machine, please follow the following steps:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications
  2. Tap on See all apps and select the iKhokha app.
  3. Go to Storage & Cache, then clear both cache and data.
  4. Tap on Advanced, then select Modify System Settings.
  5. Return to the iKhokha app, sign in, and test again.
