Other Legal Entity (Not a SA Citizen)

If you are one of the members and do not have an SA ID number, follow these steps to verify your identity and to submit the outstanding information.

Please note: When sending the additional information, please use the same email address you used to create your profile. If you haven’t yet got a profile, you can create one here.

After you've created your profile, email the following to onboarding@ikhokha.com:

  • Copy of your original valid (not expired) foreign passport.

  • Selfie of you holding your valid (not expired) foreign passport with the details on the document clearly visible.

  • Copy of a valid (not expired) permit, either residence/ work/ study/ asylum seeker/ spousal (for spousal permit a copy of the marriage certificate also needs to be emailed)

  • Copies of the members’ original ID (all or a minimum of 4 members).

  • CIPRO or Business Registration Docs or Constitution or Founding document (if applicable).

Once we’ve received the information, iKhokha will verify the details and let you know if you’ve been approved or contact you to get any additional information that we need.
