Complete Setup on Behalf of the Members for a Non-Profit Organisation

Having created the profile, follow these steps to complete setup on behalf of the members/directors.

Please note: When sending the additional information, please use the same email address you used to create the profile. If you haven’t yet got a profile, you can create one here.

After you've created your profile, email the following to onboarding@ikhokha.com:

  • Your name.
  • Your surname.  
  • Your cell number.
  • The name of the business. This is what the business is called, the name that will appear on your digital or printed receipts.
  • A brief description of what the business does.
  • Proof of address in the name of the NPO (municipal bill, bank statement, rental agreement or affidavit not older than 3 months). We do not accept tax invoices. Please note that this must be the address from which the NPO operates from.
  • Banking details in the name of the NPO.
  • Copies of the members'/directors’ original ID (all or a minimum of 4 members/directors).
  • Selfie of one member/director holding their identity document with the details on the document clearly visible (either ID book, ID card, valid driver’s licence or valid SA passport).
  • Copy of your identity document (either ID book, ID card, valid driver’s licence or valid SA passport).
  • Selfie of you holding your identity document with the details on the document clearly visible (either ID book, ID card, valid driver’s licence or valid SA passport).
  • Constitution or Founding Document.
  • NPO Certificate.
  • Resolution letter signed by all or a minimum of 4 members/directors. 

Once we’ve received the information, iKhokha will verify the details and let you know if you’ve been approved or contact you to get any additional information that we need.

You can also check the status of your profile by logging into the iK Dashboard using the email and password you used to create your profile.
